it is almost impossible to sue the government. I dont know what your last question was but no matter what happened it is very unlikely you can sue the city or the police.

If Carol Burnett can sue the "National Enquirer" suing the police or the city should be easy as picking up a Yellow Pages and dialing the number of the first upside down hanging blood sucking lawyer you find. Just make sure you wear plenty of garlic, and a crucifix around you neck and have some holy water and a wooden stake on you when you talk to your first lawyer. Do it the middle of the day, in full sun light, lawyers are weaker in full sun light, and you might escape with your bank account not completely drained.

NO!!! They didn't have to show you anything, according to you you never went to trial, hence discovery did not come into play. You really need to research this better, you can't just sue people. You need to get your background cleared up, ask for clemency in your state, get a letter from the district attorney and your attorney explaining the situation. It takes awhile and is tedious but do it the right way.

What would you like to sue them for? Taking a day of your time?

No. Thy do not have to show you unless it goes to court. Then it's your lawyer that gets to see it. Be happy some one drop the case. Push it and the case can be file again.

Sure you can but you better have the money to do it. In the USA one can only have justice if you buy it. The system is corrupt.
