My 4 and half year old started peeing her pants when she has been potty trained for well over two years. We went and seen a chiropractor when it happened last time and she said her sacrum was out this helped for a while but now she is peeing her pants again I am wondering if the sacrum being out would really cause this?

WOW, you took a 4 year old to a chiropractor.

I put Chiropractors well below more conventional means (meaning more of last resort).

I would consult a Pediatrician and/or Urologist to figure out what is going on.

Peeing in her pants has a high probability of being physiological also, but I'm sure a Pediatrician will be able to figure out the cause one way or another.

GOOD LUCK!

From what I have learned from my chiropractor, I doubt it.
