Of course, but they return to a comfortable nest as most other minds are closed to free spirits.

Why would a free spirit want to leave an open mind, when an open mind allows the spirit to be free

good one....

I think the ideas that a free spirit has flies out of the mind in many different forms; such as, an artist? a songwriter? novel writer? a fiction writer.....are you with me on this? I am a free spirit and I don't fly....but, I do write poetry.

I think a free spirit would stay in an open mind, where it can freely think and be, without constraints.

Sure it might go for a wander now and then, but how else can it stay free. (wink)

Yes but it's bound in our heart. We don't want to die, so it keeps the spirit in. But don't worry, it knows when it needs to fly.
