am english but i still cant understand other english citie's slangs

I can understand most of the words but if they talk really fast or start using only slangs terms I get really confused. Some people get confused when i talk fast with a southern accent.

Accents, yeah mostly. Slang, not so much. But a girl with an English accent is automatically cute....

For the most part yes, but there is one English accent I have a hard time with. I'm not sure if this is correct, but I think it's called the cockney accent.

I can usually make it through the accent OK, it's the slang I have trouble with.

For me its easy to understand most of them and the slang to. The ones I can't understand are the ones that talk through their teeth. Gets annoying!

I would have to say for the most "NO".I moved to the u.s a while ago. I got so bloody mad at Christmas, went in to Best Buy and ask the fella if he could tell me where something was. After asking he 4 times ( in Queens English), he had the bloody nerve to ask his co/worker. What i was asking for, because i didn't speak English and he was getting mad at me. The he says, if these damn people dint speak English they shouldn't come in here.....Funny he did seem to understand me, when i flipped him off!!!!

I can understand most accents speaking English. I have been in college and I've had professors from all over the world.
What I don't understand is the Britsh humo"u"r. They are the most boring comedians ever.
