if you paid for it with a credit card call the bank and dispute the charge. as long as you have the tracking # showing it was returned and you returned it according to the merchant's return policy you will get your money back.

If your USPS shows it was delivered - the date and where, it is the merchants responsibility to track it down....If they don't your next step is the post office and tell them what happened.

Call the merchant and tell him you are going to fax him a copy of the USPS delivery info - or tell him where he can find it on the USPS website in the tracking area. Then insist that he get busy finding it and crediting or refunding you within 30 days.

You should inform the merchant of the tracking number to prove that it was delivered. Then either, or both, of you should contact the postal service about delivery failure.

Once those actions are completed, post here again with the results.

centers rendered are centers paid for! it particularly is the regulation! there is not any return on a provider including a message that has already been gained. Does this guy go out to dinner, consume each and every thing on his plate and then tell the eating place the following day that he needs his funds lower back b/c he shat the nutrition out???? LOL i assume he feels it replace into in basic terms borrowed not bought! LOL What a Loser this guy is!

Print out the tracking and show it to them. It's their burden to prove they didn't get it in the mail.
