There's no such thing as a VIRUS FREE download for this type of request.
Use something like limewire or ares and virus check it before opening then virus check your system afterwards.
I've been using Limewire for ages and because i constantly virus check it's never done me any harm.
These people who say the P2P gives nothing but viruses are the same people who dont bother virus checking on a regular basis.
