1. stand underneath something u can jump and touch (doorway, backboard ect)/ stand with ur feet apart and slightly bend ur knees. then explode up and down each time touching what it is ur jumping towards. repeat this for a set of 5-10 and do a few repetitions. this will help with that explosion and jumping that u need.

2. balance on one leg. by doing so u isolate that leg and all its muscles. usually we dont get to isolate al our muscles cause the weight is shared on 2 legs, but with this all ur weight is supported on the one leg. try and stand and lift ur kneed towards ur chest balancing on the one leg.....

remember, be patient with all this. wont happen overnight....
