When i do somthing on the game, the whole thing just stays on the lading screen.Everything else works, and there are plenty of scratches on it.What do I do?

clean it with acohol or white toothpaste (it really works!) if not buy a new one.

Most video game stores have a buffing machine that will make the disc look almost new and usually they won't even charge you for it, especially if you bought the game at their store. If you have a Game Crazy around you I'd suggest that but most video game stores should have one and the machines they have are much more effective than all the little handheld cd doctors. I'm not a fan of putting any household products on cd's so this is what I always do when a disc gets bad and I have always been happy with the results. It saved at least 5 of my games from the garbage
