Just slide off the case and then stick a magnet to the hard drive while it's not running. You should wipe off just about everything. Be careful the power is not on and you don't electrocute yourself.
Or you could go and instal something too high for your computer's specifications. Start with Windows Vista.

What you need to do is have the computer on and turn it off by a swich that some computers have and if your computer doesn't have one turn it off the way you turn it on
