Europe and Asia is the correct answer. North and South America could possible be included but this is doubtful as a result of Central America (Mexico down to Panama).
The divide between Europe and Asia has traditionally been the Ural Mountains in Russia.

Technically there are three answers.
1. Europe and Asia, if they are not considered the single continent of Eurasia.
2. Asia/Eurasia and Africa were physically a single land mass until the Suez Canal was cut through Sinai, Egypt.
3. North American and South America were physically a single land mass until the Panama Canal was cut through Panama.

I did know United Statesians think that America is not a continent, what I didn't know is that they think that South and North America are separated. A canal does not separate continents. The frontier between Colombia and Panama is the frontier between South and what you call North America (Central America to me), not the canal. All Panama is outside South America.
What if Nicaragua definitly decides to build its rival canal? Will Panama become an island?

Europe and Asia, though it is debatable where the continental devide it. For example, do yo include all of Russia in Asia?
Even more controversial, only 4% of Turkey is in Europe, should it be allowed to join the European Union?
