now days, Antigone would have had the right to remain silent, and the fifth ammendment. if that was available then, would the outcome be differnt?

1. law system didn't allow a fair trial
2. even if Antigone would have the right to remain silent, he would not use it: she was zealot enough with her own reason to not conceal her actions

I think that it would have been the same, because officals can usually get away with things that normal people can't. Dont you agree.

Well since Creonte was her uncle, he probably would have had her tried by a court, but I still don't think they would have convicted her for treason.
