Oakland would dramatically improve if they got rid of Aaron Brooks, Randy Moss, and Jerry Porter. Brooks fumbles far too much. Moss and Porter got their coach fired.
Al Davis just hired USC's offensive coordinator as Head Coach and they still have Rob Ryan coaching a defense that might be as good as his brother Rex's Raven Defense was last year. If Oakland doesn't do something stupid (like blow their draft pick on JaMarcus Russell), they should be well on their way to a turnaround.

Ignore the fags who say its hopeless for them. Once they get rid of Davis (who used to be a great owner at one time by the way), and hire someone who can make decisions, their great fan base will stick with 'em through a rebuilding stage. And once again they will become the Raiders of old: the intimidating army of darkness they were under Parcells.

it would help them, but i don't know if they would drastically improve...he is clearly the worst decision-maker of anyone in football who runs a franchise, and just cannot run an nfl team anymore...they would need to get someone who knew what they were doing and then wait for their younger guys to develop, so it would still be a while anyways

The Raiders suck, end of story. Nothing they do will help them.
