Remove the lens of the running light. You'll see the nut that tightens the light to the turn signal.
It's a little tricky to get both of the lights lined up together (pointing straight). So during installation, some assemblers just tighten them enough to get them pointing straight.
You'll understand this when you go to tighten them up.
--Point the turn signal straight.
--Point the running light off to the side.
--When you tighten the nut, the running light will turn with it.
--Keep repeating - trial and error - so when the nut is tight, the light points straight.

is it a torx bolt? they look something like a star type bolt. u could go to sears auto and see if u can get 1 that will fit long enough to tighten it up. been there, done it.
