The real bad guy is Voldemort. The short list is: Lord Voldemort aka Tom Marvolo Riddle, Lucius and Draco Malfoy, Malfoy's cronies Crabbe and Goyle (Is this who you're thinking of?), Bellatrix Lestrange, and a host of others who broke out of Azkaban. There's also Fenrir Greyback, the werewolf who attacked Lupin. The jury is still out on Severus Snape, and will be until book 7 comes out in July. There was also Grindewald, whom Dumbledore defeated. For a comprehensive list, try the Harry Potter Lexicon by Steve Van Der Ark. You can also look around The Leaky Cauldron.

The only bad guy in Harry Potter with a name like that is Gregory Goyle. Don't confuse this with Lord of the Rings....that character's name was Gollum. No relation.

In the Sorcerer's Stone, the bad guy is Professor Quirill
In the Chamber of Secrets, the bad guy is Tom Marvolo Riddle
In the Prisoner of Azkaban, the bad guy is Peter Pettigrew
In the Goblet of Fire, the bad guy is Barty Crouch Jr. and Peter Pettigrew.
In all of the movies you could also consider the Malfoys and the Dursleys as antagonists.
In all of the movies, Lord Voldemort reigns supreme as the ultimate bad guy.

Perhaps, as a long shot, you're thinking of Gilderory Lockheart, the self-obsessed Defense Against the Dark Arts professor in The Chamber of Secrets.
He wasn't a bad guy, perse, just driven by his lust for fame.

"[Voldemort] can move faster than Severus Snape confronted with shampoo when he wants to." -Fred Weasley "Oh, very good....Yes, it is easy to see that nearly six years of magical education have not been wasted on you, Potter. 'Ghosts are transparent.'" - Severus Snape "There's no need to call me sir Professor." - Harry Potter "Mr. Moony presents his compliments to Professor Snape and begs him to keep his abnormally large nose out of other people's business. Mr. Prongs agrees with Mr. Moony, and would like to add that Professor Snape is an ugly git. Mr. Padfoot would like to register his astonishment that an idiot like that ever became a professor. Mr. Wormtail bids Professor Snape good day, and advises him to wash his hair, the slimeball." - Marauder's Map All of these they are just so funny! Probably the shampoo one! lmfao
