my lmp was on 2/5 i had unprotected sex on the 7th,11th,14th,15th,18th,24th,25th my per was due on 3/4 it hasnt shown nor am i getting cramps or anything. i took 2 pt one sunday and lastr nite and they both said neg. my period is never late. how likely is it that im preg and if i am why isnt the test tellig me? im about 2 lose my mind

thinking it about it to much and stressing can make it not come as well.. i would take a blood test if ya can or be pacient and wait your period and it its still not here than go get a doctors apt. good luck

I am going through exactly the same thing and your question was music to my ears. I had sex on the right days too and my period is due today. However, I did a home test (one that detects 5-7 days before your period) and it came up negative this morning. I am hoping my period doesn't come and it was a false reading. I hate the waiting and the wondering. I have no real signs of either pregnancy or a looming period. It's hard not to think about it constantly. I am consumed by it. I really hope we are both pregnant. It's dreadful when you do all the right things and those negative tests results knock your spirits. Hopefully you are late because you are about to be a mummy!!! xxx

well hon... stress can delay your period too. There is a chance that you could be pregnant especially if you had unprotected sex. Like with any pregnancy test it has to be able to pick up the pregnancy hormone. Either it was too early to test, your not prego, or your urine was diluted. (like if you drank a big glass of water to make yourself pee.) Anyhow retest again if you feel you need to.. I would wait a few more days though, and test in the morning with your first pee. It is always better that way.
FYI I took 3 or 4 home tests with my last baby, they all said no... but I had a little bundle of joy 9 months later. Keep in mind there can be "false negatives but I have never heard of a false positive"... good luck to you.

I know how you feel..going thru the same thing this month....It may just be that the hcg is not high enough in your system for a + to show yet....Blood tests are much more accurate in early pregnancy so I would do that..or wait a few days and re-test using first morning urine....Good Luck!

You need to calm down. Stress can delay a period and your like not even that late. So just give it a week and then if miss flow doesn't arrive then take another test. and if your not ready to be pregnant use protection.

it takes time for your hcg leavle to show on a home test go take a blood test the can tell you a exact number and that is how you will know for sure it can take up to a week from the last time you had sex to show any hormon leavle at all go to the docs you will be happy you did
