Almost all guys in the world are not circumcised. The English speaking nations (along with Muslims and Jews) were the main circumcisors, but most English speaking nations have stopped, except for the US, but the rate in the US has fallen a lot. (55% nationally; as low as 30% in the West coast). So it's about 15 or 20% cut, and the rest uncut. =)

About 80-85% of the world's male population is uncircumcised. The rate varies greatly from country and region. Countries in the Middle East, parts of Africa, parts of southeast Asia, and the US mainly practice circumcision. The rate in the US has fallen overall in the last few decades, from almost 90% to about 60% today.

first off it's circumcised. sorry it just annoys me when people get lazy with spelling. The percentage of males in the us that aren't circumcised is about 30%, with 70% being circumcised. In the world there is a larger percentage, 53% uncut, with 47% being circumcised.

Also those that say it's lower in the west-

Circumcision rates within the U.S.:
• California: 69.8%
• Texas: 77.4%
• New York: 65.0%
• The South (Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia): 83.3%

Doesn't seem that much lower. California 70% and Texas 77% (they are also some of the most populated states)

Also trebla 5, you listed some of the most populated areas in the world (US, Southeast Asia, Africa, and the Middle East) that circumcise, so wouldn't that mean there's a high percentage of circumcision?

I dunno.... but I think perhaps you should do a survey. Now make sure you insist on checking the fidelity of the answers by personal inspection and (for interest sake, verification of the more interesting examples by photographic record).

I think a good place to start would be to ask Mike Tyson.

While you are there,... why don't you take some measurments so that your friends can get their questions answered at the same time!

good luck sex kitten. I'd like to know whether pouting labia minors are more common than a pair concealed behind pouting labia majors! Now see what you have started! @#!%

6 billion people on earth, 3 billion males. Around 70% are not circumcised, or over 2 billion males have not been mutilated.
The US, once the biggest mutilator of infant males, is now only cutting about 50% as said, and the rate is going down fortunately. Maybe one day this archaic act wil end.

It's hard to say. Some countries that didn't used to circumcise are now doing it, and countries that did are not doing as many. It is said that only about 60% or less of male babies in the U.S. are being circumcised at present.
