Right click anywhere on the desktop and click on "Properties". Then click on the "Screen Saver" tab. Make sure that you have a screen saver selected and that your wait time is set to your preference. You can click "Preview" to be sure that it's working. When you've got everything setup the way you want, click "Apply" and "OK" and you should be good to go.

Right click your mouse on the black area of the screen, make sure your clicking on empty space not an icon.
Then when the mini menu pops up click on properties.
Then click screensaver
There you can choose what screensaver you want and how long it waits until it launches.
