Good team. Starting players are fine. On your back up players, hudson is at best an emergency- Uggla played 154 of 162 last year. You might want to get a backup with a purpose, try Chris Burke in Hou for some extra speed. Back up catchers eat up bench space, trade Estrada if you can for a starting pitcher. If you think about it and listed 150 hitters that you would want in your lineup, regardless of their positions, only about 3 catchers would be on the list. Sometimes it's better to go 0 for 0 than have a fill in player go 0-4. The bench spot may be more effectively used for a spot start pitcher or stat specialist player - like if you need an extra SB somewhere. Also, maybe a back up for Chipper who is an injury risk. He also starts slow every year - he will pick up at the end of June and hits HR's every 11 AB against RHP.
In a 10 person you can sometimes find Edwin Encarnacion avail, even Mike Lowell is a decent option.

You did well - I'd say 8 or so depending on the teams in your other leagues. It's possible for a 9 if you can get some better productivity from some players while others stay away from the injury bug.

If Chipper, Sheff, Beckett, Harden can stay healthy (unlike last year) you've got a pretty good shot at taking the crown

Your entire infield is very competitive for a 10-man Y! league. I mean my lord.. you've got Pujols & Jeter?!? bananas! Uggla = consistent daily, chipper when healthy is great & Johjima is all you need in a catcher. Your relief pitching is quality too, Nathan's got the most control with pitches when it comes to MLB closers while still maintaining a low ERA, WHIP & quality #'s for K's/INN. Your problem area is starting pitching.. Verlander & Beckett aren't terrible, Harang i could do w/ or w/o. I'd look for a possible slept on pitcher, like Anibal Sanchez to help your SP roster, but overall your team if healthy all season... 8.5/10 with a top 3 finish in your 10-man league.

Also, see if Jose Contreras is availible in your league.. he is still CHISOX Ace starter, but has yet to recover fully from injury last season.

Pretty solid. You'll want to get an outfielder with some power numbers. Sheffield isn't going to be able to produce the same numbers anymore. I'd get rid of Ramirez, Todd Jones, Hudson, and Estrada. Try and get a power hitting outfielder. Then put Sheffield in at your utility spot. You've got some breathing room to be able to trade your bigger performers if you have too.

your hitting is slightly above average but your pitching isn't that good.I think Verlander is a little overrated and Beckett gives up to many home runs.trade one of them and get someone else like Zito or Oswalt.
