beer consumption is advised not only before the SAT but also during and after.

When I was in high school, I noticed that when I was out with my friends, I could speak fluent Spanish after I had a few beers. Before my final Spanish oral exam -- which I had first hour -- I drank one beer and I aced that exam.
Recommendation: One beer
