I have this really nice blue hipster jeans. i'm trying to wear it to a dressy occasion becasue my mom borrowed my black dressy pants.

maybe a stylish big tote.

Dark blue skinny jeaans
w/ red high heel pumps
and a red long halter top maybe??
and don't forget a purse/tote bag and accessories!!!

You can dress up your outfit by pairing the jeans with a great blazer/jacket. Under that I would wear a great dressy knit top with some fashion jewelry. Great high heels or a fabulous pair of boots and you young lady are ready to go.

what i always do is were a dark shirt(black) and maybe a white lacy undershirt with a pair of nice boots( high heels, dark colored) or a pair of just plain high heels( dark colored) and a dressy purse!!! hope it helps ( causual yet dressy) no joke it'll look good i wore that kind of outfit too this super super fancy restrannt once!!!...
