QB - Peyton Manning (given enough years he will break Dan Marino's records)
RB - Walter Payton (Sweetness enough said)
FB - Daryl Johnston (paved the way for the majority of emmitt smiths yards because of grit and determination)
TE - Tony Gonzalez (Most productive TE and continues to be)
WR - Jerry Rice (Best Ever WR enough said)
WR - Jimmie Smith (Very productive WR and i think he would have made a good one opposite Jerry)
OT - Tony Boseli (in his injury shortened career only allowed 7 sacks in 7-9 years)
OG - Larry Allen (what guards have aspired to be for years)
C - Olin Kreutz (nasty and good line line captain very scrappy)
OG - Lenoard Davis (6-8 380 and your complaining he is too slow come on)
OT - Jonathon Ogden (Massive tackle 6-9 last I checked and the model of consistancy)
Defense
DE - Reggie White (Most inspirational on the field leader and master of the sack)
DT - Warren Sapp (Most feared DT in the game for a good 8-9 year stretch)
DT - Ed "Too Tall" Jones (Revolutionary Defensive linemen paved the way for the taller, more athletic D-linemen)
DE - Michal Strahan (very consistant and holds the single season sack records)
OLB - Shaun Merriman (Can be very scary sometimes and may very well break sack records held my Thomas if he lays off the roids)
MLB - Brian Urlacher (Most people forget he played Strong Safety and Returned kicks in college only been playing linebacker since joining the bears and he has become one of a long line of great LBs Butkus, Singeltary (not spelled right), Urlacher and dont forget Briggs, Colvin, Hillenmeyer and Holdman all of whom are very good LBs)
OLB - Derrick Thomas (Master of the OLB sack set the bar high for merriman and porter and the like)
CB - Champ Bailey (True shutdown corner takes half the field with him)
FS - Mike Brown (If he stays healthy he may run away with the defensive TD category complete game changer including 2 INT returned for TD for OT wins a few years back scary)
SS - Carnell Lake (Hard-hitting INT machine mainstay of steelers D although Troy has made the position his of late)
CB - Deion Sanders (One INT equals 6 points the other way and he would be a good backup to Hester in return game)
Special Teams
RET - Devin Hester (Holds the records for Most KO return for TD's this year simply incredible)
K - Adam Vinitari (Best Clutch Kicker ever refer back to Raiders/Patriots snowbowl for best example)
P - Brad Maynard (One of the best at pinning opponents inside the 10 lone bright spot for several years for giants and bears)

Are we talking all time or present day? I will assume present day as the all time team would likely have too many of the same players.

Offense

QB - Tom Brady
May not be the best in the league but there is ice water in his veins. One of the best leaders ever!
HB - Hand down LaDainian Tomlinson
He is the closest thing to Greatness since Walter Payton!
FB - Mike Alstott
This is a dying position.
WR - Tory Holt, Marvin Harrison, Chad Johnson
Speed, style, and attitude.
TE - Antinio Gates
Soon the Chargers fans will be forgetting about Kellen Winslow Sr.
Guards - Will Shields & Steve Hutchinson
Two of the best in the league.
Tackles - Walter Jones & Jonathan Ogden
Two of the best ever!
Center - Olin Kreutz
The guy you want on your side in a back alley fight.

Defense:

Ends - Julius Peppers & Dwight Freeney
Speed!
Taclkes - Tommy Harris & Kris Jenkins
Nasty!
OLB - Shawne Merriman & Lance Briggs
Speed and nasty!
MLB - Brian Urlacher
People say he is over rated. People are clueless!
Saftey - Bob Sanders & Ed Reed
Ed is just damn good and Bob is the one man defense
CB - Champ Bailey & Ty Law
Champ is the best in the league, and Ty still has it at what is he now 47 years old?
K - Adam Vinatieri
Going to the Hall!
P - Todd Sauerbrun
HGH and Ephedra makes the difference!

An offense with a QB who knows how to win, a dominating running game (both a power and a speed back), possession receivers, and a strong O-Line. A 4-4 Defense with 4-3 Style DEs, DTs, and MLBs and 3-4 Style OLBs, as well as 2 shutdown Corners and one of those dominant Safetys (such as Ed Reed or Polamalu).

On offense, my team would be run heavy with lots of short passes to control the clock. On defense, there would be lots of blitzes.
