I think we should combine and then let Puerto Rico join so we don't have to change are flags.

Yes, lets combine many of the red states together so that there are no states with a population under 3 million. It also gives them less seats in the Senate.

Sure, start by combining NY, NJ & all of New England into 1 state and CA, OR, & WA into another.

I'm still expecting us to annex Mexico (there's another 4 or 5 states in there alone).
And we've **** on Puerto Rico long enough -- they're good people and deserve statehood or independence.
