Out of that list I would say Gaara or Kakashi, but my fav is Shikamaru because he's so laid back and really smart.

Sasuke.
Sasuke is the type of guy that's mysterious and talented ( Jitsu and all that )
And Sakura.
Sakura is the one person nobody can make out. She has a "other" side ( inner Sakura ) that expresses her real thoughts. But she also has normal girl problems like Naruto getting in the way of Sasuke and fighting agienst another girl (Ino)

man theres no many good people on there. first sasuke , then neji, then naruto. if were just going by your list i would also add lee and kabuto too.

hinata. cuz she is the shy, silent passive type which leaves the watcher to wonder if one day she'll break out of her role and actually become a competitor. (even though seriously i know she wont)
