Q could be for "quisling" governments who acceded to the German requests/demands for their "undesirables," especially Jews, to be sent to the Nazi extermination camps. Or for Vidkun Quisling himself, who was the "puppet" leader of Norway's government and who was executed after the war at least in part due to his involvement in the Holocaust.

X could be for "xenocide," the killing of strangers or foreigners. A stretch, I'll admit, but it seems to work in the context of the Holocaust.

R isn't too tough, it could be for Roma, one of two groups of "gypsys" who were included in the "undesireables" who were executed. (The other was Sinti.) Or for Roman Catholics or the Russian Orthodox , who were also executed. Or R could be for Ravensbruck concentration camp.

You need a lot more than a book. Abc or qxr.An abc book is to teach children their alphebet. You do not use the holocaust to do that.
