2Some fish and amphibians can control their color by regulating specialized pigmented organelles called melanosomes, that can be dispersed throughout the cell, making the cell darker, or aggregated in the center of the cell to make the cell lighter. You purify the melanosomes from melanophores that have either aggregated or dispersed melanosomes and find that in one state the melanosomes co-purify with kinesin and in the other state melanosomes co-purify with dynein. Propose a mechanism for how aggregation and dispersal of melanosomes occur.

This is just a random guess but I would say some form of an active transport.

You're more likely to attract the attention of someone who may know your question better if you didn't simply title your question "biology help!!". Obviously you need help or you wouldn't be asking a question and Obviously its about biology because you posted it in the biology section.

I would suggest renaming this question to something like "Explain the mechanism of how fish and amphibians can control their colour." You're much more likely to attract the attention of someone who may be an expert of have better knowledge about this topic.
