Or when watching a new type program like dateline or primetime.... do you jump from one side of the fence to the other? I find that I do.... example; I almost always believe those stupid infomercials... and if it wern't for my husband I might have many unneeded products at my home...... example: watching primetime a few weeks ago... a show on raising children with development disabilities... with issues like acting out and hurting themselves... the used these shock type devices to "controll" or "teach" or " "modify" the childs behavior....At first I was a appaled that they could even think of using such devices.... 30 minutes later, I was ready to order a shock thing for my son.... As I sat there pondering my ability to so easily jump from one side of the fence to the other, on almost any issue that I have little or minimal knowledge of; I began to laugh at myself, for I am exactly the type of person these darn shows are made for.... anyone else out there like me?
