Do kegels, yes the same exercises women use to make their vagina's tighter can make you last longer, it strengthens the inner walls and helps you hold it.....to find the muscle you need when you go to urinate just stop the stream and then let it go again, this is the muscle and movement you need to do, now do it while your NOT peeing, if you do this everyday for at least 15mins a day you will see a big difference and if you think you can handle it you can make your erection harder by using a towel on it while its erect and doing that same exercise. Each guy is different, but it's pretty well understood that the longer you last; the better it is.
Are you pleasing your woman? If you put her pleasure before yours, 15 minutes is decent.
