Is there any way possible that i can access the psp internal memory?

I need to access the psp internal memory to replace some files.

If your PSP is homebrew enabled, there are homebrew programs allow you do that.

Also, if you have custom firmware 3.03 OE-c and above, you can access the psp internal memory via USB connection in recovery menu.

If you have nomral PSP, I don't think you can do that.
