Menthol has vitamin c in it, along with other ingredients that help to soothe the throat and help with nasal congestion. While that doesn't mean cigarettes are good for you, I guess it's a bit better for your throat (not your lungs lol) than other cigarettes? But the most healthy way is not smoking at all. :]

Where di you hear that??? All cigarettes are bad for you, menthol has been rated as the worst. I'm a menthol smoker. It's the smoke that is most harmful. Nicotene is the chemical used for addiction and it is not harmful. I have a hard time beliveing the second hand smoke theory. My dad smoked for over forty years and my slef for over twenty and I'm healthy!

Yes they are! When my daddy died at the ripe old age of 59 he was healthy and his color was good for a man that died of LUNG CANCER! He weighed almost 100 pounds. He begged for oxygen, he was in so much pain that every time the morphine started to wear off he would have screamed but he did not have enough breath!

No tobacco products are good for you. Enough nicotine to fill the head of a pin can kill a person. They used it during WWll as a spy weapon. Also when you crop tobacco just the nicotine you absorb through your skin can make you sick. This I know from experience.

NO!

If there are, the risks of lung and throat cancer outweight the benefits of vitamin C, especially since you can TAKE vitamin C without the addictive nature of nicotine or the increased chances of dying young due to cancer CAUSED BY CIGS!
