In a metaphorical context maybe, but I don't think so. Anyways, you look pretty cute to me, I love your eyes and hair. ;)

yes. feeling ugly to be means feeling weak and feeling a lack of confidence and influence over my peers. I usually feel like I'm above average looking, but I know I'm not anything THAT special. I also think I have really good style, so in general I feel good about myself. When I feel ugly, I might not be wearing something I like that day, or maybe I had a breakout. Maybe I had a binge last night and gained two pounds. Who knows? But there is something off my appearance and I become insecure and self-loathing. Those insecure feelings and self depricative behavior are something I associate with someone who is ugly, so really for me feeling ugly is a collection of feelings that go along together with when I'm not happy with myself in regards to my looks. I get paranoid and frightening if people notice the flaw as well, and if they look at me the wrong I feel that that is confirming my self doubts. I hope that I helped! I worked on a lot of these feelings in therapy, so don't feel too bad for me. I just wanted to provide some insight for how your friends might be feeling if they don't have the words to tell you. Good luck and I hope you have a great day and better understand what feeling ugly is!

well i think that really means you just dont feel your best that day or for some reason your feeling a little insecure and so you say man do i feel ugly hoping someone will say something positive about you. But i really think everyone has said once many times in their life they feel ugly. I hope this helped.

Yes, I'm way past school days and I still have days I look and feel ugly, usually because I don't feel well or because someone was mean-spirited to me. We all have days we look better than we do on other days, but I really don't think any of us ar 'ugly.' Colors can affect our moods and it's important to learn what colors look best on you.

Yes!! Girls and women go through so much comapared to guys!! When you are younger you haven't quite learned that guys are selfish until about age 35.You are managing a life school, work.relationship, friends and problems of your friends and your own homelife too. On top of all that you get your period and feel like hell some days when you got important sh!t to take care of.When you get older it pretty much remains the same!

I guess you can feel ugly, but it is more about you feel like you don't want to even look in the mirror.
