I think Magneto is because he can beat Dr.Doom because Dr.Doom has metal in his body and plus he can manipulate electricity with magnetism. Is Magneto the most powerful marvel villain?

I would have said Magneto, especially when he teams up with Cadabra, but The Flash could beat them. So it'll have to be Galactus, cause even his Herald the Silver Surfer can defeat the collective Marvel Superheroes. In fact he created the Fantastic Four with his powers.

I don't know, I agree that Magneto is probably more powerful than Dr. Doom or at least has the edge with being able to manipulate his body. But what about Apocalypse? Isn't he more powerful than Magneto?

I would say those 3 guys are definitely in the top 3, just not sure about the order.

MovieGeek is correct...there is no question that the Beyonder is/was the most powerful supervillian in Marvel comics history. He was a God, omnipotent and (virtually) indestructable. The Beyonder was in the Secret Wars II series that came out in the 80's.

The Beyonder. Do any of you remember the secret wars series from the late 80s/early 90s? He could do anything. He was a God.

Um, Onslaught, anyone? Professor X and Magneto combined... come on... that was a badass bad guy.

Dr. Doom!

Just think - if Magneto and Dr. Doom were to duke it out the Dr. would finally have to take off his mask in order to fight! Or he could just get in the time machine he built and go back in time to kill Magneto before his powers became so awesome!

Superman, duh. Oh, wait, is he Marvel or DC? Well, I don't care which. I mean, he's got super strength, super eyesight, super hearing, super speed, super breath, super flight, super heat vision, and super good looks. And I just reread the question and saw that it says super villian. And I think that Dr. Doom could totally kick Magneto's butt, because all he would have to do is fry him with electricity before Magneto even had time to go all magnetic. So there.

I would have to agree that he is...I mean as long as it's made of metal he can control it and there is a load of stuff that's made of metal...Phoenix though is more powerful. She can do just about anything but... she's highly unstable EVEN for a super villian...

Think outside the box. Thge most powerful supervillian is the person that draws all the villians.
