Probably not. Bone pain is the worst!

Unless you have a very, very, very rare genetic condition that prevents you from feeling any sort of pain at all, you'd feel it. ;-)

No, not really. Why do you ask this? It's not really the broken bone that causes the pain; it's the tendon release that causes cramping of the muscles. That's where most of the pain comes from.
