As long as they are still selling, "Heroes For Hire" and "Runaways" are not going anywhere. From what I understand there is no plan to cancel these two titles. Infact expect some new monthly comic titles to come out because of the events that have taken place in the Civil War storyline.
As for whether or not Captain America will be participating in the World War Hulk storyline, go get the new issue of Captian America # 25 coming out today!

First off, don't use an app. Go to a comic book store, they have a lot more and it goes way better. Once you visit a comic book store, get a comic you've seen movies on so you already kind of know who he is and what he does. Like Hulk or Iron Man or someone like that. I suggest getting a comic that has only one main superhero, because if you're starting out and worried you're not going to get what's going on it's not a good idea to get a comic with a bunch of characters who have a bunch of different backgrounds, like X Men. Maybe also expand your selection, like DC has a lot of amazing stories that are easy to follow (Batman, Green Lantern). Trust me, when you get to the comic book store you can browse or maybe even ask the clerk what he thinks is the best character to read up on.

Heroes for hire, and the runaways are ongoing series the rest that are mini/maxi will end or already have. Yep it was a let down and i was disappointed with some of the art. A lot of them where out of character in my opinion. Sorry against the Hulk Cap wont make that big of a difference.

As far as I know, these two books you mention are not going to end. Runaways has a huge audience, as does Heroes for Hire. Civil War basically is doing what Infinte Crisis or this whole Check Mate schtick is doing in DC.
By the way, the last Wizard mentioned that "52" is going to keep going with more weekly issues once it is "completed". That's great news!

The ones that sell will stick around, the ones that don't go into the circular file. Heroes for Hire started way back in the 70's with Power man and Iron Fist, perhaps they are trying a relaunch.
Argg, glad I didn't read it. Cap surrendering makes about as much sense as turning the Beast into a pu$$y.

Most of the titles that were "spawned" from Civil War will continue on. Some like Civil War: Frontline and others will end but ones like Thunderbolts, Punisher: War Journal, Runaways, and Heroes for Hire will not end.
As for Cap surrendering.... well i kinda liked it (I didn't expect it). Lets face it: It was better then the "reboot" most of us expected. You know Like "House of M" reset the world, but didn't really do anthing. Plus surrender was the lesser of two evils in my opinion. And if you "understood" the fact that Captain America finally realized that he wasn't fighting for people or even his principle anymore... it made it easier to swallow. Anyhoo... they arrested Steve Rogers... Not Captain America. (And rumors abound that "Cap" will resurface with someone else {Punisher *wink-wink*} under the mask)
