Males can have a fluctuation of hormones. If your testosterone level is high, it can make you anxious and feel badly. Also, you will find that you have a tendency to get angry quicker. It's called "roid rage" in those that abuse steroids; furthermore, remember that ALL males also have some female hormones as well. These can also play a role in emotions.

As above, male hormones do fluctuate and this can affect mood, simulating PMS - I'm 61 and don't recall these events myself - but there is NEVER any kind of bloody discharge from the penis associated with this fluctuation. Blood from the penis always demands immediate medical attention as this indicates infections or other problems with the urethra (pee-tube), bladder or kidneys.
Male menopause, properly called andropause because the "meno..." comes from "menstruate" - a distinctly female event - usually occurs as men pass through late middle age to early elderly years; and is associated with decline in testosterone levels, the driving force behind male sexuality. Erectile dysfunction and reduced sex drive begin during andropause, unless distinct medical problems are involved.
I'm sure you're aware that as young men enter puberty and production of sperm and accessory fluids begins, most young men will experience periodic nocturnal emissions or "wet dreams" that occur during sleep. Ejaculation of semen occurs the same as with intercourse or masturbation, and young men will generally awake with an erection and a sense of intense pleasure - the aftermath of an orgasm while asleep. If this never happens, and medical issues can be excluded, it's a safe assumption that the young man in question has already discovered masturbation, which is, of course, perfectly normal and harmless.

Just as women have cyclical hormoneal changes which bring about ovulation and menstruation etc. so do men have cyclical hormonal changes. With men, other than checking blood levels of various hormones the only outward evidence is that there are regular times of heavier beard growth. Female hormones usually cycle every 28 days, I believe male hormone cycle is something like 21 days.

I've heard about something like this... It has something to do with the occasional fluctuation in the balance of our hormones.. Obviously there are no "discharges" , but what ever it is, it's supposed causes irritability, fatigue, etc... much like women experience when they have their periods...
