Yes I have...When I was 12 I found my dad dead...I couldn't get the image of him out of my mind so a psychologist hypnotised me to make the picture not be there all the time.

Yes, because of lack of sleep - nightmares. Now, I can self-hypnotize myself and it is wonderful!!

I know of the demon black dog that roams the streets... He has white fangs, black fur, and his eyes glow Red or White. Ask a trucker...

yeah i have. i volunteered at a show. funny thing is that what you said is how he did it. he had me look in his eyes and had me relax..
