Well, the older people at my school just get in their cars and leave and hope they don't get stopped.
The younger ones without cars hide in the bathroom. They sit in the stalls. I know this because sometimes I have to go during class, and I think I hear something, but I'm not sure. So I continue on with my business, and then I'll hear something again. And then I hear a tiny little cough in the next stall over. And then it gets awkward.
I think it's pretty freaking weird to hide in a bathroom, but incidents like that happen all the time, so I'm assuming no one ever gets caught that way.
Just make sure you don't hide in a bathroom that someone has been recently smoking weed in. (Some idiot girl found this out the hard way yesterday)

Well, if you're in college, just don't go. Piece of cake!!
If you're in high school, you'll need a friend to help you out. Simply skip the class, and have a friend tell the teacher that you were called to the guidance office. If you're teacher is unorganized or doesn't always follow through, he'll never check with guidance and you're home free. Just don't let the teacher see you again that day, or it will jog his memory.

Don't. You never know what you might miss, that day. Life is harder than school will ever be! You can't run away from every thing that might present a challenge to you, and if you do, you'll never get anywhere in life. So go to school, unless you are terribly ill with something that would affect the learning experience of you, or the other students.

Here's an idea...if you have to ask HOW to skip a class, you probably aren't ready for the real world and should stay in class to learn how become a productive, contributing member of society.

Sneaking is childish and cowardly. Be bold, just don't go! However, consider that there will be consequences for your decision and you may be held responsible. I suggest you rethink your idea and go to class to keep your integrity in tact and avoid unnecessary problems.

Sure, sign up a class that you have to pay money by your self. And then, don't go. The teacher won't even bother about your absent.

If you skip really really fast, it will be almost like a jog and no one will be able to catch you.
