No, if you look at the sticker that came on the orange very closely, the micro-print has a warning stating that all oranges produced by that company may possibly contain dog hair, cat hair, parakeet feathers, watermelon seeds, paint chips, star dust, cocaine, vitamin C, or any combination of these items. Sorry. If you had found an orange peel in there, then you might have had a case...

NOOOO!!! i know exactly what u should do! ok, my teacher told me about this sort of thing! u should write a business letter 2 them stating why their product was faulty and why......what ever else u have to say! & because most companies that care about ***u guessed it*** money, they don't want to get sued or lose customers. so they will most likely give you a coupon for a free Florida Orange! or u could sue them.....it's up too u really...but how do u know it wasn't from your pet or you or your family members!?! hm? think about it.... have a glorious day!

maybe the hair came from your upper lip. JK That's not nice. I don't think its possible for hair to be in an unopened orange...Just my thought on that. Don't be so greedy man...remember, what comes around goes around

Oh, and I think you have to have some kind of physical or mental ailment on their behalf in order to sue for something like that, right? So are you mentally anguished over this dog hair..

I thought that wearing a hairnet was mandatory for ALL the employees of an OJ factory, not just for the human ones. (HR must have slipped up during the orientation of that worker.)

You can try - but how can you prove you didn't put it there yourself? Don't forget the woman who claimed to find the finger in Wendy's chili. She's in jail now.
