they have the biggest stadium, which they own. They have the longest waiting list of any team in the NFL for season tickets. And they charge more if not the most in terms of ticket prices.

Because they have the biggest stadium and fan base they are the only team who sells out every game no matter what and people have to be on a waiting list years in advance just to get tickets ,and no it does not have anything to do with the owner the fan base generates the income that puts them on top of the money list i mean snyders got money but without the place selling out every week he would not make that money and by the way i have been to a redskin game and a panthers game the redskin tickets were cheaper so get a new theory about them selling tickets at a higher price than the other teams

Probably because they are one of the few that owns the stadium. As well as the luxury box revenue that they keep for themselves, and the season ticket base.
