the baby is probably turning head down, preparing you for childbirth.... the pressure helps prepare things

It's all a part of being pregnant and the baby dropping into position getting ready to be born. Don't worry though, it doesn't mean the baby is coming now. I had the same thing and I didn't go into labor until 41 weeks.

I had that pressure with both my babies. It was worse with the second baby to the point where I had a hard time walking. BUT, I am not a doctor. At least call your OBGYN and let them know, they may want to check you just to be safe. Good luck and ENJOY that baby!!!!

its the baby dropping dont forget your baby will keep dropping down a bit to get further into the birth canal preparing for their arrival your gonna feel a lot of aches and pains even more now as your body and baby prepares.

its just the babies head dropping lower into the canal. i am almost 41 weeks and have been having the same pain for over a month now. its unbearable, my doctor prescribed me percocet because nothing else even comes close to making the pain bearable even the percocet only works sometimes.

It's probably "lightening". Your babies head will just be moving lower into the pelvis ready for birth.

if your baby has been in this position then he probably droped down into the pelvis
