how do u get kings rock?

since it was not present during red/blue/yellow, you're not supposed to find one until you beat the elite four.
in sevault canyon, there is a kings rock
as well, phanphy, meowth, sentret, and zigzagoon have a skill called pickup. when you end a battle, check to see if they're holding something. it won't work if they're holding something, so always let them go without items.
it's rare, but pick up will find kings rocks sometimes.
also, slowpoke sometimes carry them. it's a five % chance, but slowpokes don't exist in fire red

Try gamesradar.com. Also, what the other people have said is good. Kings Rock is used to evolve Johto Pokemon (2nd generation) and so it isn't in the first part of FR.
