If I were to make a clay model of Bastet (the egyptian god) and make it have a diameter of 2 inches and a height of around 5-7 inches, how long will it take to dry?? And if this won't work, then what is the maximum thickness and height that I could use??

If it really is modeling clay, it isn't going to dry, modelling clay, as answered before, stays soft. And if it Femo type clay, you have to bake it to harden it.
