No - because I'm 29 and I didn't feel it was appropriate to show to my self.

If you want a detailed description of the movie's content (some spoilers) This page lays it out, positive elements and negative.

Well, how about I tell you some questionable elements (don't worry, I'll try not to spoil the ending for you) and you decide for yourself? :)
Basically, Sacha plays a clueless, bigoted, but well-meaning Kazakhstan who is sent to America to learn its culture (you probably already know that). The opening scene where he takes you on a tour of his village has him talking about underaged soldiers, prostitutes, a little display of incest, and some foul words. Then he heads to America. Most of his exploits are not that vulgar, mostly he ends up in loads of trouble for his innocence and naiveness. He is male-chauvinistic, and anti-Semitic (but is not racist, as apparent with him learning lingo from the blacks and falling in love with a black prostitue), so you can expect some rude comments there. He also has a hard-on for Pamela Anderson (which is the driving force of the movie), which results in a lot of dirty talk as well. He holds a bag of his own poop and offends tons of people along the way. Finally, there's a scene where he wrestles with his cameraman while nude (it's not what you think) and runs around a hotel stark naked.
It's not that bad if your 15 year old is matured enough. They rated it R21 but it's not too explicit or gratuitious. Just go see it for its revealing of a nasty side of America you've never seen before. It will be a wicked ride, I promise you. :)

The nudity is the least of your concerns. There is a lot of very tasteless humor in it. I mean it is hysterical but very nasty. It depends a lot on the kid and I can't judge for you. I let my 14 year old watch it and she thought it was hysterical. But she covered her eyes through most the nude scene because it's kind of revolting.

It depends on the 15 year olds maturity.

I would not as 15 year olds are naive and gullible ,
They would easily think ridiculing other countries is OK,
When it is actually quite pathetic and indicative of the trailer trash mentality.
You don't want their future to be on Jerry Springer do you ?

They are watching it anyway ...don't worry ... On 15 he is old enough to see and hear things and most of all understand it . U r kid is growing , with sooner u understand that with better it is.

And BTW , the movie is not in Kazakhstan filmed , its in Romania in a poor gypsy village.

it depends on the 15 year old.
personally i'd rather have him/her watch it with an adult than with friends.
