I think the white outfit looks great! White singlet looks perfect with the white shoes.
If you wanted to wear the black, you would either need a black belt or something else to even that out, like a black print or something.
Think, I might get something like that myself .......... where are those capri's from??

the style is pretty much the same, so either pair will do. the white look fine w/ the white top, but the black would look just as well w/ a black top. there's really no difference other than the color.
