No, there's not really any medications you need to give him at this point. They best thing for you to do is keep him in very clean water, where he can't even see the other betta and keep things fairly quite around him for a few days.

Watch closely for any fungus on his fins. That would look like a white cottony patch. If he gets that, you can treat with fungus medication from the pet shop. It's really quite easy to cure.

To add to the answer above, as you have experienced, Betas are highly aggressive fish. Having two in the same tank is very stressful on them, even with the divider. They will remain constantly aggitated because they can see the other fish on the other side of the divider. The stress can affect their fin growth and their life span.

You can buy some stress coat, which is a liquid that comes in a bottle. It should have aloe in it too. what this will do is aid repairing damaged fins, reduce stress, and replace the natural slime coat that fish have. It will not help if your fish's swim bladder is damaged. Also try to do alot of water change b/c the fish is very succeptable to virus and bacteria as a result of open wounds and be a stressed fishes immune system shuts down ironically.

i had a betta fish not long ago, and many of my friends have them. chances are your beaten fish isnt going to make it. there really is no medication that guaranteed to heal a fish. if any of your betta fish start getting bulges on their body, thats a bad sign. if u catch it quick enough, you can give him some special food and water(something about minerals or metals in tap water not good for them) and the bulges will go away.
