My car died on me for the third time?

This time I got really lucky because the gas pedal stopped functioning while I was driving, like 2 minutes after I exited the freeway. I wonder what would have happened if it died on me while I was going 65....

Could be a number of problems. Need more details as to what the car is doing while driving. Sounds like a power problem form what I hear so far.

check your battery post and see if they're making a good connection. it also depends on the car too.

sounds like a timing problem, or maybe your fuel pump quit working.
