go get the fat sucked out of your tum then get it injected in your butt and thighs

Do lots of squats. For 20 minutes straight to keep up your heart rate....helps the butt and thighs, I'm told. And keeping your heart rate above normal for 20 or more straight will help you lose the tummy fat.

or what the person above me said, lipo it out of the belly and stick it in the butt and thighs. but i doubt you u should go to all that trouble. maybe just try to accept it. do some crunches and let that be it.
