how do I save windows xp professional to a dvd disk?

I have windows xp professional installed on my lap.I still have the windows xp pro dvd that i used to install it.I would like to save it to my own dvd disk.How do I accomplish this task?

Just get some DVD burning software such as Nero or Roxio, and then simply use the copy disk function.

Can't it won't let you burn it to a dvd.
