l=w+4
Since you have 2 lengths and 2 widths-

2l + 2w=68

Substitute (w+4) for l
2(w+4) + 2w=68

4w+8=68
4w=60
w=15
l=19

The Width is 15 and the length is 19

15 + 15 +19+19 = 30 + 38 + 68
