dont worry about it, he is just respecting you. if he likes you then he will eventually kiss you when he feels its the right time. just be patient and you will get it soon, some kids like to respect girls for what they are and not as an object. be glad that he is not rushing things in your relationship. guys/kids like him are hard to find in this world......enjoy...............

Yeah, like everyone's been saying, he's probably just worried. He may have little to no experience, but don't point that out. Instead give him little hints that helps reassure him that you're ok with him kissing you. Lean in towards him, look into his eyes, or if he's a fun guy wear a shirt that says something about kissing you and ask him if he likes it. Just don't freak him out, or you may scare him more. Good luck, Drew!

i wouldn;t say it normal but i wouldn;t say it's bad it probably means he respects you and your boundries and is waiting for the right sign if you would like him to kiss you you should try touching his face and looking into his eyes thats a sure sign you want him to
my husband now didn;t kiss me for what felt like forever and at first i was like why hasn;t he kissed me yet..? then after awhile i was like this is alrite i really like this and then he finally did and it was great he was just shy and didn;t want to be to overwhelming now we are married have a 2 yr old and a second on the way yay! but don;t look at him not kissing you as a bad thing it could be a very good hang on to him type thing

Is he 15 also? Maybe he's just really nervous, and thinks that you want it to be perfect or maybe he didn't want to come off as disrespectful. I say go for the first kiss, you've got nothing to lose.

That's a good thing. Most of them lil' fast boyz would want more than a kiss on the cheek by a month. Keep him. Give it time. dont rush stuff. You should realize whata a good thing u got.

That's normal, you're both young, you have your whole lives to worry about kissing. My first "real" boyfriend didn't kiss me for 3 months, it was worth the wait!

Sounds like he's kind of shy. You know, there's no law against you making the first move.
