Since All Free Agent QBs Are Gone (I Think) Who Do You Think They Will Pick Up and Why? Yes I Know He Only Got Hurt But Look At Him Before That, He Was Awful So I Guess The Better Question is Will They Go After A QB and If So Who??

Jake will be returning next season and will resume with the starting job. Look for the Panthers to test free agency and pick up a QB with some skills and a cheap asking price. Harrington should work well for their budget. However, I would also think the Stefan LeFors would make a good backup since he is familiar with the system and could make for a better understudy to the Panther's offensive scheme.

Joey Harrington would make a good back-up, but he's not the future, so drafting a project QB on the 2nd day(like a Chris Leak) would be a good move. They can then groom said QB to be starter...

Delhomme will be the starter in 07 but a backup is needed in Carolina. Delhomme has a tendency to get hurt easily. Look for Troy Smith or Chris Leak to get drafted by them.

Joey Harrington was cut by the Dolphins you could pick him up then draft a QB in the later rounds to eventually be your starter

Delhomme will probaly start but if they really need a new starting QB they could give up a 1st rd pick for matt schaub who was tendered by the Falcons Schaub has proven he can play well but doesn't get many chances to play

Maybe they could call up ex-Cowboy Quincy Carter, if he's done smoking pot and doesn't run himself out of the AF2. If that fails, there's always Ryan Leaf. Maybe he'd like to make good on all that wasted potential.

I say that they'll draft someone like Jamarcus Russel or Brady Quinn.
